Co co-founded BreatheVision and has been CEO since May 2014. Menashe has a BSC in Mathematics and Computer Science, and an MA in Public Management. In a varied career, Menashe served 25 years in the Israeli Air Force—as a pilot, squadrons commander, base commander, head of human resources planning, and head of budget department.

This is balanced with eight years of management in the cable TV industry, and as Exec VP at El-Al. Finally, Menashe has devoted 13 years to a position as CEO of a medical device start-up, from initial R&D to OTC and professional markets
